The Registration Fees for Sugar Beach Owner's Association (SBOA) will be as follows: The 1st vehicle (Includes Motorcycles) will be $25.00 for the duration of the stay and additional vehicles staying less than 21 days will pay an additional $25.00 per vehicle. Additional vehicles staying more than 21 days will pay $40.00 per vehicle. Trailers are $100.00 per space. If a trailer takes up two spaces, it would be $200.00. All trailers must be approved prior to arrival by the SBOA Office before the trailer will be allowed to stay overnight in the parking lot. Not coordinating before arriving will be denial of the trailer parking on Sugar Beach Condos Property. For approval phone the SBOA Office at 850-234-2102. The Registration fees are payable with credit card only to the SBOA Office. YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE THE LICENSE PLATE NUMBER FOR EACH VEHICLE.
Check-in is after 4:00 pm / Check-out is 10:00 am. (During June and July most condos will not be ready to occupy before 4:00 pm and on some Saturdays as late as 5:00 pm or 6:00 pm. No refunds or adjustments due to this situation.)
