Check In 4:00 PM / Check Out 10:00AM.  Check In at 4:00 PM is not guaranteed - especially on high volume check in days during June and July. No refunds or adjustments because of this situation.

SBOA Implemented a $20.00 Registration Fee.  They accept CREDIT CARD ONLY.  You will check in first at the Sugar Beach Rentals Office and then you will go to the SBOA Office Onsite to pay the fee.
